Terms and Conditions for Regulated Canadian Consultants (RCC) Finder

Welcome to Regulate Canadian Consultants (RCC) Finder. The service is owned and managed by Regulated Canadian Consultants (RCC) Finder (“the Company”), and “Regulated Canadian Consultants (RCC) Finder” is our trade name. Access to our service is provided on the condition that you will keep the terms and conditions of this Agreement absolutely confidential. Access to our service constitutes your consent and acknowledgment of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Definitions

For clarification purposes only, the following terms hold within these Terms and Conditions:
  • "Platform" - The company's official website (www.rccfinder.com) and any of its corresponding mobile apps, software, or services by RCC Finder.
  • "RCC Finder" - The Company that runs and manages the RCC platform.
  • "Consultant/Service Provider" - Qualified consultants, RCIC-approved professionals, organizations, or academic institutions listed on the site.
  • "RCC Finder" - The business name of the platform through which connections between users and third-party service providers occur.

Ownership and Trading Name

RCC Finder belongs to and is operated by RCC Finder, a Canadian corporation. References to “RCC Finder” in these Terms relate to all of the services we provide using this trading name.

Scope of Services

The site gives its visitors access to certified consultants, education providers, and service companies that deal with immigration, schooling, and settlement. RCC Finder will not be offering immigration advice or legal advice itself, but rather works by connecting visitors to appropriate professionals.

Acceptance of Terms

Use of RCC Finder indicates that you have read, understand, and accepted:

  • Policies or guidelines of any other kind mentioned on the platform

User Responsibilities

1. Accurate Information

Users should offer accurate, realistic, and current data during registration or while using the site.

2. Compliance

Users undertake to respect all applicable laws, rules, and conditions of these Terms.

3. Restricted Activity

Users can not:

  • Utilize the service to commit illegal or dishonest activity

Services Provider and Consultant Responsibilities

1. Verification

The RCC Finder registered consultants will provide valid credentials and pass through verification procedures.

2. Independent Services

Every one of our service providers and consultants runs their business independently. RCC Finder is not responsible, does not control or guarantee the quality, outcome, or accuracy of their service.

Platform Utilization and Limitations

1. Facilitation Function

RCC Finder acts solely as a bridge between users and service providers.

2. No Guarantees

The portal makes no promises of success of the immigration application, approval of visas, or results of services procured through the listed consultants or education organizations.

Payment Terms

1. Fees

RCC Finder can charge service or platform fees to facilitate connections. Professional service payments go to the service. Providers or consultants directly.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds, to the extent that they exist, will be governed by the service provider’s or individual consultants’ policies. RCC Finder will not process or make payment disputes.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership

The design, information, and intellectual property of this site are owned by RCC Finder.

2. Restricted Use

Users will not reproduce, distribute, or alter any portion of the site without the express written consent of RCC Finder.

Limitation of Liability

As much as permitted by law:
  • RCC Finder and its holding company will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from using this site.
  • RCC Finder is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or integrity of third-party advice or services.

Indemnification

Users promise to hold harmless and indemnify RCC Finder, its affiliates, its employees, and its directors against any claim, damage, or liability that can occur by virtue of their usage of the site or transactions with third-party suppliers.

Termination

RCC Finder may suspend or close an individual’s account or access to the site should an individual be found to be breaching these Terms, to undertake any fraudulent practice, or to enable breaches of regulation and law.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

  • Arbitration Clause: Any disputes between users, consultants, or RCC Finder will be arbitrated before referring to litigation.
  • Jurisdiction: The Terms are governed by Ontario's laws of Canada, and any disputes will be within the jurisdiction of its courts.

Third-Party Content Disclaimer

The RCC Finder is not liable for the quality of service, advice, or information of third-party service providers and consultants listed on this website. The site’s users will carry all the risks while using third-party services.

Data and Security Liability

Even though RCC Finder takes steps to reasonably safeguard user information, we can’t assure that we will prevent all cyber breaches, unauthorized access, or data theft.

Force Majeure

The RCC Finder will not be responsible for service failure or delay due to forces that cannot be predicted or within its control, including:
  • Actual disasters (floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government intervention, shift of regulation, or new legislation
  • Walkouts, labour controversies, or industrial action
  • Power or internet disruption, cyber attack, or technology disruption
  • Pandemics or any other public health emergency

In any such circumstance, RCC Finder’s liabilities will be suspended to the extent.

No Agency Relationship

RCC Finder is an intermediary service. There is no agency, partnership, or employer-employee affiliation between RCC Finder, its consultants, or its subscribers.

Consultant Verification Disclaimer

  • Although RCC Finder takes steps to ensure that consultants are RCIC-licensed, slight errors can sometimes exist.
  • Verification is not a recommendation. Members should verify for themselves before employing consultants.
  • The consultant profiles are generated using data obtained from legitimate sites such as the IRCC site, consultants' sites, listing directories, and social media sites.
  • RCC Finder is not connected to any governmental entity or IRCC and is a personal platform.
  • RCIC-licensed consultants may request to create a profile by applying: (add the page link here)

Prohibited Uses

Users and consultants may not:

  • Posting false, deceitful, or phony information
  • Harassing, spamming, or abusing the site against another member or consultant

Amendments to Terms

RCC Finder may vary or update Terms without any prior notice. Significant variations will be posted on the site or by email alerts.
